Sonnenberg Herisau public outdoor pool

The Sonneberg public outdoor pool is situated on the beautiful south side of a hill – close to the centre, yet removed from the noise and stress of daily life.
One of the highlights in this swimming pool is the first aqua climbing wall in Switzerland.

The outdoor swimming landscape features a 50-metre pool, a diving tower, a wide-wave slide, a «free-fall» slide, a current channel with water jet and water mushroom and a solar-heated children’s paddling pool. Facilities also include a lawn for ball games, a beach volleyball court, a XXL chess board and a playground. If hunger strikes, guests can visit the barbecue area or dine in the restaurant.
