Seilbahn Vättnerberg

The Vättnerberg cable car has been running from Vättis to the Vättnerberg at a length of 1065 m and a height of 625 m since 1932 - modernized in 1972 and 2000.

The Vättnerberg cable car, operated by the Vättnerberg Corporation, connects Vättis/Taminatal with the Vättnerberg (approx. 1600-1800 m above sea level). The railroad was originally built in 1932, electrified in 1972 and rebuilt in 2000. It spans a rope length of 1,065 m with a difference in altitude of 625 m.
