Organic restaurant takes dining to the highest level
The natural surroundings of Schloss Wartegg also provide the restaurant with its most important ingredients. Herbs, vegetables, berries, and flowers are grown in the hotel's own 2,500 m² Demeter-certified castle garden and ProSpecieRara variety garden. “Organic” is not just a certificate, but a meaningful enjoyment of nature. In the castle restaurant, recommended by GaultMillau and Michelin, guests can enjoy delicious creations from the menu at lunchtime and in the evening.
The restaurant offers a variety of vegetarian dishes and a vegan menu is always available. In between, there is coffee with homemade sheet cake, a “Flade” as they say here, as well as selected organic teas. The Schloss Wartegg restaurant has strong regional roots and sources its products from regional organic suppliers.
A highlight of the organic restaurant is the inviting garden terrace with its atmospheric view of the English park and Lake Constance.
