Mountain cabin Ski Club Neuhausen
The traditional yet cosy mountain cabin of the Neuhausen Ski Club is easily accessible by car in the middle of the Toggenburg hiking and skiing region. With room for 27 people, it is ideal for groups of friends, clubs and large families.
Despite the rustic appearance on the outside, inside you will find a modern kitchen with electric hob and oven as well as two fridges and coffee machines (capsules & filters). However, you won't lose any of the mountain cabin flair, as the wooden structure and wood-fuelled tiled stove will keep you warm and relaxed. For cold nights, all bedrooms are equipped with electric heaters.
For the more active, there are ski and sledding runs in the immediate vicinity in winter. In summer, Lake Schwendi and various hikes are just a short distance (350 metres) from this mountain cabin.
As catering is not dependent on the seasons, you will find the Oberguet-Stübli nearby, where you can prepare fresh products from the neighbouring farm. Of course there are also proper restaurants, the GADE restaurant and Stump's Alperose are within walking distance.
