A sensual and passionate organic store and café. Here they cook with 100% organic products.
Every noon, Thomas Smetana, chef and host, prepares fresh soups and stews, vegan quiches and patisserie. Fresh rye sourdough bread and hand-kneaded buttery croissants from a local bakery are also offered every morning.
Everything in the store can be enjoyed in the café bar or on the terrace. Their own coffee is freshly roasted by a small organic-certified roaster in eastern Switzerland and comes from a women's cooperative in Santa Adelaida, El Salvador.
The bistro was founded by Dominik Hungerbühler, a native of Romanshorn who, in addition to St.Gallen, also runs two organic stores (Zurich and Winterthur) that are open until 11 pm.
