The 4.5-room house was newly built in 2016 and is located in a very quiet location near Tannenboden village. The Gondola or chairlift for hiking are about 20 minutes away. In winter, it is about a 15-minute walk to the ski lifts (t-bar lift). Restaurants and grocery shop can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The holiday home has a free garage parking space.
The apartment is very modern and comfortable furnished. Living room and bedrooms have a beautiful wooden floor. Pictures and decorations embellish walls and shelves. The house also has a large terrace, about 25m2 with fireplace grill.
