From now on, g'nuss Patisserie will only produce according to the B-Concept. This revolutionary method makes it possible to produce the patisserie creations with less fat, less sugar and fewer calories. At the same time, it has a more intense flavor, a lighter consistency and, what's more, it is easier to digest.
At the same time, everything is homemade, with high-quality ingredients from the region.
