Based on the idea of a beaver-flavored gin, the company was founded in 2019, but distilling is still done as it was a hundred years ago. As a contract and commercial distillery in St. Gallen, the Brunner distillery produces unique and characterful spirits using traditional and proven craftsmanship. The variety ranges from gin, vodka, liqueurs, fruit and fruit brandies to classic schnapps. Most of the products are based on St.Gallen specialties, history or geographical highlights. For example, the Bibergin, the Spitzengin or the Säntisgin. A special treat: the Bibergin Truffles. The products can be found in selected localities and sales outlets and in the online store.
