Campground Hüttenwiese
The campsite Hüttenwiese in the Taminatal offers a nature-friendly experience at 1000 m above sea level. Surrounded by forests and mountains, it is a protected habitat for endangered species. Only for light campers up to 2.5 t.
Covering around 3,000 square metres, the Hüttenwiese campground is idyllically situated by the Görbsbach stream in the southern Tamina Valley at 1,000 metres above sea level. Surrounded by forests, communal alpine pastures and impressive peaks such as the Simel, Calanda and Vättnerchopf, the site offers a truly natural experience in a stunning mountain setting.The area is part of a core zone designated as a protected habitat for endangered species and is therefore intended exclusively for nature-based and quiet recreation. Use is permitted only for light campervans with a maximum total weight of 2.5 tonnes. Heavier vehicles are kindly asked to use the nearby Pradätsch campsite.
