Marco Hermann and Gianluca Bernet brew their specialty beers with great passion. Their microbrewery with adjoining pub is located very close to St.Gallen's old town, in the Linsebühl district. 12 taps provide a wide selection of delicious open beers. Enjoy freshly tapped beer where it is brewed! During the beer tasting and brewery tour at HERMANN Bier, a beer sommelier will introduce you to the fascinating world of beer. In the small but excellent brewery, you will learn interesting facts about the brewing process and instructive stories about the different beer styles and the diverse topics surrounding beer and brewing. An explanation of the 6 beer styles is just as much a part of the offer as a draff pretzel produced in the area with draff from the HERMANN brewery.
